Essential Life-Skills for Youth
This life-skills curriculum was developed by Young People in Recovery (YPR) specifically for adolescents aged 14-18. This program aims to empower young people to make healthier choices around drugs and alcohol while improving their emotional regulation and self-awareness. My Future Is EPIC focuses on engaging teens in positive goal-setting while equipping them with effective techniques to improve their skills in leadership, communications, healthy relationships, and self-advocacy to prevent substance misuse and substance use disorder (SUD).
